Ok so maybe that’s not the exact question but it’s what comes to mind when I’m asked “Who we are and what do we do”. So, let’s forget Kindergarten Cop and get down to business.

We are Diamond Management Services LLP (DMS), we may be a small and agile team but we are a well experienced business. DMS has been developing software business solutions for over 30 years. We have 2 small, hardworking and friendly departments, Development and Operations, who run everything as a tight and well-knit team.

We have previously developed various FoxPro solutions but these are coming to the end of their useful lifecycle. We instead focus most of our time and efforts into our newer business solution, Requestbox. With Requestbox we are able to deliver various solutions in one general package. We currently offer a service desk solution, a marketing request solution, a lead management solution, a membership solution. Not only are those our current offerings but we are also constantly working to develop new solutions that can help businesses.

We know your business is special. Your business has its own processes and rules which make it unique.
